1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bed99 platform and all services under it. By accessing the site, completing registration, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.2 Registration Process

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

bed99 processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Methods not listed above are not currently accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.

2.3 Transaction Conditions

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from bed99 are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Maximum bonus applies: a deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳18,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

3.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• bed99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4 Sports Betting Rules

bed99 offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All bets are final and must comply with the terms below.

4.1 Betting Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bed99 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Participation in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account may be placed under investigation.
• Use of the platform for arbitrage betting or bonus hunting is prohibited.

5 Casino Games & Slots Rules

5.1 Game Play Conditions

7 Account Suspension & Termination

bed99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Abuse of the bonus policy.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will generally be returned; however, bonuses or balances obtained fraudulently will be forfeited.
